TTEC Transforms the Software Delivery Service Experience

Infosys enables seamless management of enterprise software licenses

The global customer experience technology and services company TTEC, wanted to track and better manage its software licenses. The company was in the pursuit of a robust tool to maintain its software licenses and contract information and conduct internal audits to reduce challenges like compliance risks, cumbersome procedure for new software, oversight in overspend and process normalization.

TTEC collaborated with Infosys to implement ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro with out-of-the-box functionalities. The implementation of the new tool, accelerated by Infosys Cobalt Enterprise Service Management Café aided TTEC manage software licenses, contracts, and performing software asset management operations for mitigating software compliance risks.

The SAM Pro module offers several user-friendly out-of-the-box features which significantly reduces manual effort. The successful implementation of the solution brought about momentous changes in several aspects spanning automation, streamlined processes, meaningful insights and platform capabilities leveraged to effectively manage enterprise software licenses.
