Carrier had a well-planned and aggressive separation plan from their parent company UTC. The charter was to support the goal of splitting UTC into three entities and ensuring successful Go Live for the HRSD and Service Excellence platform in the established time frame. Infosys Cobalt’s Enterprise Service Management Café, built over the Now Platform, helped Carrier achieve this goal by fast tracking and deploying the large-scale implementation. The solution provides a standardized and harmonized way to manage and transform IT, HR service deck and Security Operations across Carrier resulting in cost savings and efficiencies.
